Hi everyone!
I thought I would write a small post, introducing myself. I signed up and hope to meet lovely illustrators and clients! So far I love this site!
TJ Lubrano is the name and I'm an illustrator from Holland. I often run around in my imaginative world where I try to capture all the little characters that are running around there. There are...a lot! Haha. I uploaded a few drawings in my portfolio and added one in this post. Hope you'll like them!
Before taking the plunge to work as an illustrator, I was a Sociology student at the University. Before Sociology, I studied Human Resource Management. Both studies were interesting, but not my passion. I ended up quitting Sociology, because continuing doing something I didn't love, started to take its toll. I decided to go for what I truly love, which is drawing and painting (I write as well hehe). I have no traditional art background, so everything you see is self taught. I mainly use watercolors and ink pens.
